How Exactly Do We Generate Great Income?

We get passive income by using your investment to acquire underperforming real estate that has the potential to be turned around into more profitable businesses. Multifamily Criteria

  • Property Type: Multifamily apartment buildings that are roughly one class below the surrounding area.
    Our primary focus is C+ to B class properties in B or better areas.
  • Property Location: Growing primary, secondary, and tertiary metros primarily located in the southeast
    United States.
  • Property Size: 75 units +
  • Property Age: Typically built circa 1980 or later.
  • Project Cost: $3 – $30 Million
  • Financing: Long term agency financing followed by supplemental cash-out financing; bridge loanfollowed by refinancing to agency debt after stabilization
  • Cash Flow: Positive cash flow beginning in Year 1 and increasing throughout the hold period, in additionto significant profits upon disposition.

For over 25 years, Mark successfully completed real estate & business transactions totaling over $450 million. During this time, Mark also founded several businesses within multiple sectors including real estate finance, land development, small business lending and advertising.

Mark’s wealth of knowledge and experience of the industry is unrivalled. He is directly involved with all aspects, including real estate acquisition, disposition and building business.

Mark’s primary role is Investor Relations & Acquisitions . Due to Mark’s vast experience as an active investor himself, he is able to see transactions through the investors’ eyes, allowing him to help achieve his clients the most lucrative financial success. Mark’s strengths as a, business and financial expert work in perfect harmony with partners and ensures that we generate maximum returns.

Mark been dedicates a portion of his spare to supporting and mentoring Real Estate investors, business owners, investing people.

Robert Bloch

COO

Robert has been in the real estate lending space with over 15 years of experience in financial lending and operational experience.

Robert is responsible for supporting all aspects of asset and portfolio management efforts related to residential & multifamily properties and is additionally involved in the underwriting and financing of all product types, portfolio management, and market research.

Robert received her BA in Architecture from University of California, Berkeley and her MBA with a concentration in Real Estate at University of California, Irvine – Paul Merage School of Business.

Chris is a real estate investor and founder of QC Capital Group. He was very passionate about real estate, which is why he loves​ his job. Chris acquired three multifamily communities this year, has sold more than 40mm in real estate volume and helped lead the #1 real estate team in the Carolinas to produce more than 140mm in annual sales. Mike Marshall

Land Entitlement Specialist

With over 15 years of experience as a government insider working on land development projects in both Texas and California, Mike has distinguished himself as an land use entitlement expert. During his time in the industry, Mike has worked on a vast array of land development projects from custom single-family homes, to 1,200 lot residential subdivisions, to medical office and assisted living facilities to a television and movie studio campus. During that time, he has owned buy and hold real estate and flipped land for his own portfolio as well. Mike now spends much of his time helping other land investors use the entitlement process to add value to land and commercial property without ever having to touch it!
